Home

Hi, my name is Ellie, I am 10 years old. I will be talking about a safe place, good neighbourhoods and lastly necessities. This is what home means to me. First I will be talking about a safe place. For a safe place you need to have locks, windows, walls and a roof. That is so no-one can break in or hurt you. Family or friends who can take care of you. You need people you can trust too. Then i will be talking about a good neighbourhood. For a good neighborhood you need nice people. A good and nice community. You need caring people. School, churches and police, fire department and a hospital. Lastly, I will be talking about necessities you need in your home. You will need clean water to shower and drink it, so you do not get dehydrated. You will need food not just snacks but a real meal, so you do not starve. You need lights and electricity to see. If you cannot see you can fall downstairs if you have them or fall on the ground and get hurt so electricity is very important. Thank you for listening to me. I love my home. I hope everyone has a safe place to call home. That is what you need for a nice safe home.
