Home
Home means lots of different things for different people, some not the best but most are appreciably good from me personally. There are many ways to express feelings of love for home. I may not be able to express it physically but I will express it in this writing piece.
Home. There are many things I love about my home but my favorite is the dinner table. The dinner table may just be a table for others but this table for me and my family is joy remembering all the things we’ve gone through as a family. Dinners and many more. This dining room brings me warmth and comfort. I remember on my 9th birthday my 19 year old brother got a can of pop and a plastic straw. He thought for some reason that it would be a good idea to stick the straw just up his nose and inhale as soon as he did that it came running out of his mouth. It was so funny that was my favourite memory at the dinner table.
Home. My home means lots to me, like my house's kitchen. One thing that makes me have the feeling of warmth and comfort and satisfaction is my mother’s homemade food. Food isn’t just something that you need to survive, food is a statement of love and affection and my mother’s cooking is exactly that. I’m very fortunate for that.
Home. My bedroom. A safe, jovial place to rest and talk. Memories of doing my father’s makeup, my sister’s hair. A bedroom where I’m reassured love from everyone around and above upstairs. My home may be four walls a roof it’s really made out of love. My house is not a house to me it’s the people in it that make it be.
