What a House and a Home Mean to Me

A home and a house are very different. A house feels like there is nobody to talk to so you can feel very lonely. In comparison, a home has family and love. A house has no personal items or memories. A home has lots of memories like when you took your first steps. You also have a lot of personal items. A person’s house does not feel cozy and warm. You do not usually own the place. A home is where you can have lots of fun, where you grew up, and where you can have pets. My home is important to me because I feel safe and loved there.
