The Meaning of Home

Home is not just a place with walls and furniture, home is a place where love and happiness comes from and where memories are made and stored, home is where there is warmth, comfort and joy, a house may be big, shiny or fancy but home is where I feel relaxed, calm and at peace and get to spend time and be with the people I love the most. At home I get to eat delicious foods my parents make, and I get to sleep in a comfy and cozy bed and get a good nights sleep. And home is a place that provides me safety and shelters me from rain, thunderstorms and lightning. I thank Habitat for Humanity for making homes and helping people who don't have a home.
