House vs Home

When I think of the word home, it means to me not too big, and not too small. A house is not too colourful but a home is colourful. A home has many memories of events in your life. In your home, you learn many things from your family. A house can be made with wood, but a home is made with joy and happiness. A house is full of chores, but a home is full of happiness and joy. A house has shelves full of books, but a home has shelves full of pictures. A house is full of video games that you play on your own, but a home has games that you play with your family and friends. Houses are full of people thinking about things, but a home is the right size and is for a whole group of people. Houses have walls with paintings made by other people, but homes have walls full of pictures made by a family. A house is a place with an empty backyard with plain grass, but a home is a place that has a backyard full of flowers and lots of plants. A home is a place that is fun and amazing, but a house is full of boredom and loneliness. A house is a big community, but a house is a place with privacy. A home can be on the bright side of your life, but a house can be on the dark side of your life. A house is a place that has rooms that are empty, but a home is full of many different things. A home is full of natural things around the world, but a house is full of artificial things from 1 place. A house is a place with new items, but a home has items that were passed on to other people who lived before them and after them. A home is a place with love, friendship, and happiness that is spread with everyone that you know, don't know, love, and hate.
