What Home Means to Me

Home is not just a roof over my head or a place to sleep. It’s the things that are in it that makes it a comforting place to stay. Like in the kitchen when I am sitting watching my mom cook, the smell of the food makes me feel warm but not just on the outside but also on the inside. The living room is a place to relax but not just that, it is a place to watch movies and laugh and that is where a lot of my memories stand. My bedroom is a cozy place to sleep, to play, and a place to get away. In the backyard is a fun place warm or cool. But the most important part in my home is that friends come and go but family is forever.
