What I Have in My Home
The home is not just walls, it’s a place where my family lives.
In my home live my parents, my 2-year-old brother and my annoying 9-year-old brother, me, and our one little cat.
In my home I can eat, play, sleep, watch tv, and many other things.
In my home we have two floors and a basement. In the basement we have carpet with two armchairs and my dad’s punching bag. There’s not much there because the basement isn’t built yet.
On the first floor we have a kitchen. That is my favourite place on this floor because the food smells good and very tasty.
In my opinion, the hardest place to go through is the living room, because there are too many of my little brother’s toys.
On the second floor we have three bedrooms, my brothers,’ my parents,’ and mine.
In my bedroom I can lie on my bed with my cat and watch cartoons on my computer.
When I wake up and go to the washroom, the light is so bright that I can barely open my eyes.
From my bedroom window I can see almost all of my neighborhood and the frozen lake. In the evening when I look out the window, almost every week I can see fireworks.
Also, we have a huge garage that contains our two cars; my mom’s Mazda and my dad’s GMC truck. There’s a terrible smell of fuel in there.
On the first floor we have a laundry room, where my mom cleans dirty clothes.
My second favorite place on the first floor is the pantry, because there are a lot of sweet candies that I love.
We also have the backyard, but there’s not much to say about it because it’s empty.
