The Place We Call Home

Would you ever bother to see what other people do at their home? Wonder, if they even have a home? That makes me have a shiver down my spine. There are a lot of great things about my home like my room, memories, and best of all family. For me that is the meaning of home. My family, the most important thing of my home. They're very special from late nights to early mornings and everything in between. My favorite thing about family is depending on which parent. For example, Me and my dad like to go on walks, but my mom likes to quiz me on spelling. I also enjoy when we go on vacation to see my cousins, grandparents, and my uncles and aunts. Next to the most important thing about my home is the memories. My memories could be the first time I rode a bike when I turned 10. But what makes all these memories special is they were all in my home. Another short story about my memories was when I first was on a plane. I was so scared. But now, I go on a plane every summer. Speaking of our memories, a lot were in my room. Because sometimes you just want to jump into your bed or look at your trophies. For example, in the summer I was watching a soccer game, and I fell asleep in my room and when I woke up Spain had just scored to make the score 1-1. And then I fell asleep again. When I woke up, Spain scored to win the game! If you're going to take anything away from reading this just be grateful to have a room, memories, and family.
