Your Family is Home

The meaning of home is not the feeling of whether you have a roof over your head or not. A home is where the people you spend time with are, like my Mom, when she takes care of me when I am sick or my Dad, when he helps me get down the stuff on the shelf I can’t reach. My brother is always there to play, and my sister, who always looks after me every day. Lastly, my dog because he’s always open for a snuggle. But a home can be where the people you love are and the place where the memories are made, and even the place where you feel safe and comfortable. A home doesn’t have to be in your house, it can be in your community or your neighbourhood. A home can be wherever you feel happy, loved, and safe. So your family is home.
