Home By: Kaelen R A home is a place where you are loved, adored, never felt sad, feel comfortable on your own couch, share memories throughout your life, call your relatives, and start a family of your own. Those are just some reasons that home means to me but there is a lot more like; having fun with your siblings, throwing a party in the comfort of your own home, owning a pet, even starting your own podcast about your life and how your journey went. A home is different from just a house, some examples are. That a house is just a building with walls and a roof. But a home has many different things for you and that could be baking holiday cookies for a holiday, having a zoom call with your friends, doing or making homework for yourself, making new friends, and having a fun time by yourself. That is what a home could mean to you, or it could not mean that to you. A home is everything to a person. Like having a comfortable bed to lay down on when you are tired, having a sturdy wall to sit against when you are bored, and friends to hold you up when you are down. But what a home means to me is kind of different. A home means to me is that I can do stuff with my family on the weekends, watch a movie, celebrate different birthdays throughout our family, and never regret doing the right thing.
