My Home

My home is not just where I live, or some bricks laid on each other, but a place that welcomes me in with a warm embrace. My home is also where I feel safe and can be myself. When I step inside, I feel relaxed and comfortable, warmth covering like a blanket all around me. The conversations fill my ears and slowly but surely my worries disappear. At dinnertime the smells of the dishes fill my nose full of delicious aromas. When I go to bed, my mind drifts away, which begins a new day.
