Home in the Arm

What home means to me is a place where I go on skidoo and go to the stage. If there is enough snow I go on skidoo. I go in the woods and has boil ups. I like to go ice fishing too. In the summer I go down by the stage. We salt the fish and fillet the fish then we put it in coolers. I learned this stuff from my Pop and Dad. My Dad shows me stuff about in the woods too. My home is where I get things that I like and my mom is teaching me how to skate because I LOVE hockey. Some people say Labrador people are strong . I think that is because of our culture. We work hard for stuff, we don’t get it for nothing. We use what is around us, the water and the woods. When I help out places I don't expect money. I does it too be nice and because I likes doin it anyway. My Pop gives me money though, but I works for it, same thing as my Nan. I live in Pinsent’s Arm and that is where my Dad and Pop grew up. My Dad says he will never move. My house is where I gets fed and I can sleep in my cozy bed. I like my bed and my home and my sister’s bearded dragon named Kurt.
