My House, My Home, and Me

In the middle of the night, My house keeps me warm, But my home is my flashlight, My house, My home, and Me. On a hot summer day, My house is my beach umbrella, But my home is my shade. My house, My home, and Me. On a blizzardy day, My house is my jacket, But my home leads the way. My house, My home, and Me. When driving to my home near the woods, My house is just down the road, But my home is the neighbourhood. My house, My home, and Me. When you are sitting on your couch, And feeling such a bore, Remember, your house is where you live, But your home is something much, much, more.
