What Home Means to Me

What Home means to me Do you know what home feels like ? To me home means a lot of things like memories, places, people and words. Home can feel like that to everyone but all those things make a home to me . Home can be anywhere to someone like your house, school, outside and many places. For me home is at my house. My house is my home because of the memories of where I grew up because of the words that mean home that were said there because of the people that make those houses feel like home For all the memories that are in my home there are a lots memories that stick out Like all the movie nights me and my family every weekend. Like all the bedtimes and mornings. Like all the game nights Like all the times I got cozy and read a book There are so many memories that stick out that I can’t name them all. For all the words that were said there are a few that mean home to me the most. Like good nights at bedtime Like I love you said every day Like good morning every morning I wake up Like goodbye when I leave for school Like stay safe when my parents leave the house So many words said too many I miss hard and to say goodbye to Fod all the people that make home feel like home there are a lot. Like my mom and dad Like my 2 sisters and twin brother They all make home feel like home in so many ways Like when me and my little sister spend time together Like when me and my older sister stays home together Like when me and my brother play games together Like when me and my mom bake in the kitchen together Like when me and my dad watch movies together All those people do so much to make home feel like home. Everything that makes Home feel like home I am thankful for. And everyone that has a home should be thankful too because not everyone has a home. Like in school my class read a book called Long walk to water where lots of people lose their homes. In our book there was a main character named Salva. Salva is from South Sudan and had to leave his home to survive. He had to leave his home because of war. So everyone should be thankful if they have a home. And that is what home means to me
