What a home means to me

I am grateful for my house because in my opinion I would be sad if I didn't have a home . What if there was a storm and then you would just be sitting outside and be soaking wet ! And even worse, what if there was a natural disaster outside ! That is why I feel bad for people who do not have homes . But that is also why it is important to work hard at school so you can get a job and make money to get a house ! Also I am grateful for my house because I have a place to sleep in and it keeps me safe ! For others their house might be different in different ways . My house is important in different ways to but one thing in common is that we all have a house that will keep us safe ! My house is important to me because I have a place to play in safely and to spend time with my family ! The most important thing is that I have a roof over my head so when it rains I am protected ! This leads to being grateful for my parents because they worked hard at school and college to get a job so that they can get a house to be safe in . But just because they already have a house they still work hard at their job because they still have to keep paying for it and they pay for food and water and they pay for our sports .This is why my house is important for me!
