What Is A Home
A home is different from a house. Most people think a home is the same as a house, but I don’t really think that because a house is just the four walls around you. But inside it’s nice, cozy, and with loving people that are your family.
Everyone has their own home; it could be at their work, school or the house they sleep in. My home has an adorable little kitty waiting for me everyday inside my home while I am walking with my friends from a long and fun day of school. When I come home. First I'll pick up my kitty while I ask the best chef in the world, that is my mom, what we are going to have for dinner. Then I say hello to my grandma in Vietnam on a call with my mom. My grandma and grandpa used to live with us. They both took care of my brother and I when the two of us were little.
Homes are different for everybody. I had a sleepover at my friend’s house for the first time. I was pretty nervous without my mom and dad for the first time because I was 8. My friend ate different foods. There were different smells but it did not bother me at all, from having fun with my friend in his home. That day was a very fun day. Spending time with my friend's family for the first time was very different from my family.
Houses and homes are similar because the house is what holds all of the love together but the home is what is inside that house. None of the houses or homes are going to be the same. That is what makes your home special.
