Meaning of Home

A house is four walls, but a home is more. A home is love and comfort that makes you feel good. The sound of my parent voices makes me feel safe. When I see my dogs greeting me at the door it makes me feel loved. When I hug my family, I feel love and when I pet my fluffy dog I feel comfort. When I walk into the kitchen, I smell sweet smells especially when my mom is cooking cookies it smells so good. When I walk into the bedroom, I feel the cozy bed and a clean room. When I walk into the living room, I see my family playing a broad game and siting on a cozy couch and people smiling and share their thoughts. In the dining room I see the table full of food and beautiful smells. I am so happy that Habitat for Humanity is building homes for people so that they can have a home like me.
