HOME RAP

When I think of home, I think of picking up the phone. I think of leaving the sauna, seeing a llama, And listening hard to Madonna. I think of chilling on the couch, being a grouch. I think of jumpin’ in the pool, looking really cool, but really, it's kinda rude. And sometimes family is cruel, but you're using the tools, And you’re a fool, for believing it's true. Family can be mean, lean, Or they can be serene. Or maybe you feel like a teen. Or just maybe, you feel seen. Home is nice, where you roll a dice, And that decides your fate. Home can be many things, just like how your sibling flings your band,  Sometimes, home can feel like sand. You’re sinking, too far to come back, And now you're done listening to this rap. And I’m done, you're done,  And we can all go home. Thanks, Habitat for Humanity for letting me do this. Goodbye.
