Home Sweet Home
Having a safe, loving home means a loving, cozy home to look forward to after a long day. It may look like bricks and windows but on the inside there is much more.
It's kinda like a soup can . A soup can is hard and basic and looks the same as others, but the inside is filled with joy and flavor.
Homes may have bricks and doors on the outside but on the inside it is full of joy and happiness with all kinds of memories; all kinds of love going up in the air. People smiling after a great long day. A warm cozy couch to snuggle up with each other with blankets having a sleepover, or to spook each other out telling spooky stories. Having chills up your arms in a warm cozy home to stay at; knowing that you're safe. Smelling a home cooked meal, eating it together as a family.
A backyard to play in; playing ball or catch. Making your own games up. Mowing the grass in the summer with the sun shining in your face. The sun smiles at you then you smile back. Giving nature a chance to grow your own tree with your family or friends.
Hosting a dinner party when it's Thanksgiving. Saying everything you're grateful for. Having a safe, strong home during a bad storm; knowing that you're okay.
Making each minute a new memory to share with your family you may make in the future.
With a home not a house means you can fill your home with your own memories and love. Fill your home with your style and your space. Home is a big and cozy word that takes my heart and puts it in a blessed and safe place. That is my understanding of a home.
