A House is Not a Home

A home has your special things: like your family and your pets. A house is the opposite of this. A house is empty, without memories or feelings. Home is where your family is: Mom, Dad, and siblings. They make me feel safe and always have my back. They stand up for me if I need them. I know I am loved at home because they are there. My dog means home to me when I get home she's always there. She always listens to me and plays with me when I want to. She is really funny! She is turning four soon and she doesn't bite. Home has my special things like my dirt bike and other things. I have been riding since I was three. I ride with my dad and brothers. Another special memory is when I got my dog. And my first dirt bike.
