The Senses of Home

Home is a safe place. Home makes me feel safe because my family is there to protect me. Home smells like my Moms delicious cooking. If my home had a taste it would be the taste of warm mac n cheese because that makes me feel safe. Home sounds like cupboards opening and closing, and my dog's feet creaking on the floors. Home looks like a big rectangular building. To me home is a place where I can feel safe and happy like when my family starts a conversation that includes everybody or when we do board games together, but sometimes I also feel sad like when I get yelled at or when someone gets badly injured, sometimes I also feel annoyed like when my sister tries to bug me or when i'm not allowed to do something, but sometimes I also feel bored like when I run out of activities to do or when my family just stays inside all day, sometimes I also feel mad like when I lose in a video games when I just can't do something properly. But in my house I mainly feel loved.
