What is the Definition of Home?

What is the definition of home? “A house is a building with a chimney, windows, and furniture”. Question answered, right? Wrong! You see, a house and a home are not actually the same! Though, the definition of home is different for everyone. So, I’ll tell you what home means to ME! Home is a restful and secure place. Home can also be where you go after a lengthy day of school and/or work and just watch some shows while relaxing. Furthermore, home can be the place where you celebrate holidays and events like Christmas, Easter, Halloween, and if you don’t celebrate any of those, your Birthday! Moreover, home is where you can go to the kitchen and get out some delicious food. Home is where you go when thunder strikes and rains coming down from the sky. But more importantly, home is a place that everyone needs. A sanctuary that everyone deserves. Home is a basic requirement to make sure you can survive. And hopefully, habitat for humanity can make a difference.
