A house is Not a Home
A house is not a home. A home has memories. It's a place where you feel safe and surrounded by your loved ones.
A home is full of fond memories. Like when I moved to a new house it felt unfamiliar when I first got there but now it feels like home. Also all of the amazing birthdays like when I turned 10. My baby sister and brother's first ever birthday and there are almost a million more. And spending time with all my family on some of my best Christmas like this year when my mom and step dad surprised us with going to Disney this April. These special moments make our home feel even more special.
Home is the main place I feel safer than anywhere in the world. At home I will always feel safe from all of my surroundings from the cold of the winter night. As long as I'm with my family I will always be as safe as I can be in life. Safe is a feeling that you feel protected and secure.
I know I am loved and protected at my home because of my family. My loved ones show love by caring for me, supporting me, and comforting me when I'm sad. I have 4 siblings and I love them all so much and they show love back by caring for me. They make me feel included. I love them by also caring for them. I know I appreciate them. And also my mom and step dad are so special to me I don't know what I would do without them and I know they love me so much too. And next my dad and step mom they love me so much and I do too.
