The School Project

The Project A little while ago, there were two boys named Alexis and James. They had a project to do for school. They had to describe what was a home. But they had a problem. They didn’t really know what made a home or what was the difference between a house and a home. - “We’re toast!” said Alexis. - “Don’t worry, Alexis, we’ll find out what is a home. If we don’t, I agree, we might be in trouble.” James said. The next day, they woke up and as soon they were done with breakfast, they started taking notes and thinking about what makes a home a home. - “Got anything yet?” said James. - “Nope” replied Alexis - “Oh I know, video games! “said James - “No” replied Alexis. “Wait. What about family members?” - “Yes, but why? “Replied James. - “Well, think about it, if you didn’t have family members, I bet you would not be responsible. For instance, I bet you would eat a lot of sugar! You would play a lot of video games and you wouldn’t have money to buy stuff” said Alexis. So they started writing. When they were finished, they thought about what was the “feeling’’ of a home. -“You feel comfortable in a home,” said Alexis. - “You feel safe in your home” said James. They started writing down all their ideas. The next day was the day of the presentation.
