The Meaning of My Home
My home is not just four walls. My home is a place where I can see a bunch of past memories in motion. My home is a shelter even if there's holes in the walls. My home is a place where my family sleeps and eats. My home is a place where I can feel safe and protected. I can feel peaceful or calm in my home. My home is heated by a fire or a heater. My home is my home because of my dog and my past dog. Also, because of my family and friends. My friends help make my home special because they're nice to me when they come over for a sleepover, or to have a playdate. They also stand up for me. My family makes my home special because they support me when I'm trying to win something, or make me feel better when I'm sad or disappointed. My home is a place where I can cry, be sad in my own space when no one is around to judge me. I love my home, I used to have a dog that was small, little and very cute and I loved her so much but she passed away two or three years ago because of old age and injuries. Last year, I got a new dog that I love very much because she is so great; she even stopped eating off the table. But I will never forget my old dog. My old dog hated me because I would always step on her by accident and bother her. But even though she hated me, I have always loved her, and that will never change. I am so lucky to have a home where people love me and where I love my pets and my family.
