The Meaning of Home

Home is a special place because this is where my family lives. I have everything I need, like my family, a bed and a couch to go and rest on. The best part of home is that I have a backyard to play in whenever I want. I can also feel safe to be happy, sad, scared or have any kind of emotion. It's somewhere I feel loved. My house is really really big. It has three floors, a basement, a main, and an upstairs. I know that others might not have a home like I do. I have a dog named Penny with brown and blue eyes. I can see her playing outside in my backyard. I can see my brother shooting pucks outside, and I see my mom on the couch watching her favorite show Parenthood, and I see my dad studying for big things at work. I can taste my favorite foods which are pasta, caesar salad, and chicken being made. I can also taste my favorite drink, Zevia and my favorite flavors are grape, orange and ginger ale. I can also taste my favorite snacks which are gold fish, chips and fruit. I love how I have a really big playroom so I can play, do my homework, practice dances and listen to music when I want to party. I can smell my mom cooking dinner and I can sometimes hear quiet. I love to practice the roles that I want to get in my music class. This is the home I love.
