A Magical Place Called Home

Hi, I'm Avery and I would like to share with you what home means to me, so here it is! Home, it’s a place where you and everyone else on this planet can be warm, accepted and safe with your family. Now I may be adopted and not know exactly what my house looked like, but I do know one thing, and that's that it doesn't matter. Your friend might have a big house with everything you could ever imagine but...they may not spend any time with their family. You might spend half the day with your family but have a small house. You see, home to me isn't JUST video games but spending time with my family. In my eyes a house is where instead of cooking, you order from online. It’s sad, dark and scary, it just isn’t right. However, a home is filled with memories and it’s a place where you can express your feelings, and it’s filled to the brim with love and laughter, but the most important part is that homes are everywhere. Honestly, this is just what it means to me, you could have a whole different story about your home, and I know that it’s amazing because it’s your story, and that's what makes YOU yourself.
