What is Home

A house is not always a home, but a home can be a house. A home is where I live, and I live in a house. A house sits tall with brick and stone, a home is where love’s light is shone. One is walls, and a roof, a door, the other, warmth, forever and more. A house you build, a home you can feel, One is a structure, and one is real. But sometimes both are one. You see, It always depends on you and me. A house is not always a home, but a home can be a house. A home is where I live, and I live in a house. My home is my family, warm and true. A house is full of strangers, only passing through. Walls might stand tall, doors might be wide, but home is the love that lives inside. A house and a home can be one or apart, but it all depends on the view of your heart. A house is not always a home, but a home can be a house. A home is where I live, and I live in a house.
