Home Poem

Home to me is a place where you can be yourself and feel safe.You can laugh,play and love in many different ways.Home is where I feel loved and feel safe.Home is where you can be with your family and be yourself them.Home to me is when you walk in all your worries go away.When you go lay down on the couch and watch movies and be filled with joy.A home is where walls and pictures are filled with memories and to remember the fun,sad and happy memories. The kitchen is where I eat meals with my family and bake cakes and cupcakes. I bundle up with my favorite snacks and eat delicious things that my mom and dad cook that fill the kitchen with a delicious aroma. Home to me is when you do something wrong they won't judge you. My bedroom is a space that is all for me. It's where I feel happy and where I close my eyes when I go to sleep. Where I wake up to the sun shining bright. Home to me is where you can drink hot chocolate with whip cream and marshmallows. Home to me is when you feel sad they will comfort you and give you a hug. Home to me is not a place or something that can be build. Home is where my family is and where I'm happy. Home is also a base for new memories and new beginnings. Home to me is when you walk in and you have joy on your face to see your family. This is what home means to me.
