My Home.

Hello, my name is Meraj, and I want to tell you about my life when me and my family were searching for a home. There are things that have happened that bring me good memories about my home, or rather, homes. Before I came to Canada, I lived in Indonesia for 7 years. During that time, me and my family never lived in a home for more than 3 months at a time, we could never find a home that suited us. The longest we ever lived in a house in Indonesia was 2 years. When I finally came to Canada, we lived in a cramped apartment with two bedrooms. My parents tried and tried to find a cheap home we could all be happy with. Eventually my parents found an apartment in a nice neighborhood close to the school I am in now. We still weren't happy though, my Dad kept looking for a good house. Soon, while me and my brother were playing a game, my dad came to our apartment and said we had found a house! We moved in and let me tell you how it looks now: my bedroom, full of all those that make me so happy, I may as well be giving off light! The kitchen, a place where food is made by my mom and I swear that every person that sniffs even a little aroma, immediately starts drooling. The living room, a place where everyone can just chill and relax. Also a place where we can watch movies together! The basement, a place for birthday parties, and playing games! These are the things that are special to me! Thank you, Habitat for Humanity, for giving people a home like mine! (●'◡'●)
