Meaning of Home

Home is important for many reasons. Home is important for the traditions, the family we love (most of the time), the lively games you play with them, as well. The wonderful smell of your mom’s delicious cooking and don’t you love when your mom typically makes dinner except for when your dad prepares something special. You’ve outta love your furnace and air conditioner to make your home extra cozy, snuggling with your cats and dogs on your extra soft couch with extra fluffy pillows, too. Home is a safe place where everyone is accepted. There are a lot of homeless people in the world. Actually, 20% of the world is homeless. That is 1 640 000 000 people (you probably can’t even read that number). But with the help of Habitat for Humanity, they are slowly working to decline that number by gifting houses to these struggling families so they can grow old in them themselves and love these simple important things.
