What Home Means To Me

What home means to me is laughing with my sister when we are playing a game. It’s also cuddling with my mom when I am sad and watching a show with her when I am happy. It’s making pie with my Granny for Thanksgiving but also opening gifts on Christmas with my family. It’s swimming in the pool with my sister in summer. Home is also fishing at my cottage and going on boat rides with my with my Granny and Grampy. It’s riding my bike in the summer and cooking dinner with my mom. It’s the smell of the pavement in summer and hanging out with my friends. This is what home means to me. Thank you, Habitat for Humanity, for giving other people a chance to have a home.
