Heart of the home
A house is a structure, but a home is filled with love and laughter.
In a house you may feel endangered, but in a home you feel safe with the tantalizing aroma of your mothers fresh coffee and hugs in the morning.
In a house you may be stressed out, but home is a place where you can go to take the stress off your shoulders.
In a home you're loved by everyone around you, whether it's your Mom, Dad, Brother, Sister, Grandparents, Aunt or Uncle, Cousins or even your friends.
Your home is a place that you call home and nobody can take your home from you.
Your bedroom is a haven for you to sleep peacefully.
Your home doesn't have to be your house, it could be outside, your friends house, the woods, it could be anywhere you're comfortable.
Someone's house is their home. In their perspective your home to them is just a house.
Your home is probably good to get around if you have a disability like a wheelchair, and if you have one you can't go up the stairs and you would probably have a ramp or something like that.
The living room is a space for love and memories with family and loved ones.
Houses have walls and a roof. A house is filled with your loved ones, friends or family. Pictures on the walls, comfy couches and beds, chairs and stools. Warm hugs from your mom and dad in the morning. Bacon, hash browns, toast, and eggs in the morning. Playing with the neighbors throughout the day having a home blesses me and my family all day and night. Giving us food and water, heat and shelter, a yard and neighbors.
Thank you Habitat For Humanity for giving homes across Canada.
