The Meaning of Home

I live in two houses, but they will always both feel like home. I’m lucky to live in a home where I feel safe and cozy with family and friends. The reason why I feel safe in my homes is because my parents lock the doors at night. I have cameras that are sound, and motion detected. I feel safe when me and my family go hunting early in the morning. While it’s still dark so it makes me feel safe about going out in the dark and not always getting scared with or without my family by my side. I feel cozy in my home when I smell Scentsy wax candles. When I cuddle up and watch movies with my family and friends. When I have family board game nights and hangout with my kittens by cozying up in their cat house. That’s what the meaning of home feels like to me. I feel safe in my home with my family and friends because we hangout and if we are a family we are a team so when I’m with a team I feel safe and protected and loved and most of all I feel accepted I’m my family with my friends as well.
