What Home Means to Me

To me a Home is a place to stay and to sleep. Home is a place where you can feel happiness and joy. It can also be a place where you have food, water and a nice comforting pet to protect you and keep you company. Home is your favorite place to stay and have fun and to be with your family and friends. A house is just a normal old boring brick building that looks like any random shape. To the people who live in that building who call that place their home, it’s anything but boring. Some people don’t have a place to call their home, and they might not even have any friends or family. These people are just normal and deserve all the stuff that other people have. Sometimes we need medication and other things to keep us healthy and these people also deserve the medication and other things that they may need. When you go over to your friend’s house, you might claim it as your home but that is your friend’s home. It is not yours because you already have your own home, and you don’t need to take that away from your friend. Home means having things to clean yourself with, so you don’t smell bad and having things to keep your smile nice and bright. There are some people who don’t have those things or can’t afford them, yet they are human just like us and deserve to have their needs met along with all humans. Some people don’t have money so they can’t buy food or can’t afford to pay the water bill and then they don’t have water. My wish is that everyone will have a safe place to stay.
