Meaning of Home

Home is not just a place to have fun and to feel safe, it is where I belong and where my heart belongs. Every weekend, I always smell the great food that my mom has prepared for me. Home is where my brother and I make the best memories. From having Nurf gun fights to playing hockey indoors, these are what makes home so much more fun. Home is where I have the most safety and not being bullied or judged by anyone when I know I have my mom, dad and my brother. Home makes me feel happy after a long day at school and being able to give my mom a hug and a high five to my dad. For every room in my home, there is always a good memory. Home is where I learn important life skills and I am so grateful for my awesome parents. Home is where I get to enjoy my favorite meals and to do my homework on the kitchen table. Home is where my imagination goes outside the box while working on my essays and projects. My home is where my heart and my life belongs, a place to love, a place that makes me happy. Home is the structure of my life and who I will be for the rest of my life.
