What Home Means to Me
What does home mean to you? Does it mean family, or that you’re safe, or to stay close with your family during stormy nights?
What home means to me is that if you’re sick or hurt home is a place you know with, your whole heart! You sleep there, eat there and spend time with your whole family. Also, when somebody has never ever been to your house before, and if they ask you “hey, where is the bathroom?” you can help them.
If you are home alone and you need something, you will know where it is. Home means family. When it’s stormy with lightning and a bunch of giant thunderclaps, you and your family can cuddle up close and count to five each time you take a deep breath. If there’s an intruder coming in the house, you can use the attic of your house and hide there.
Lastly, what home means to me is, that I feel safe! Nobody is going to get me, and when I’m with my family I don’t feel worried, I just feel safe!
If you come facing a situation like one of these, either hide, or stay home or stay home with your family. That is how I feel about home.
