The Meaning of House and Home

The difference between a house and a home to me. The house is the beams and the roof and the windows that keep your building up. It is a physical building. It has rooms and shelter that protects you from the elements of the world. The house has furniture and other things in it. Home to me is where you play and laugh together. People such as friends and family can come and visit every now and then. A home is where you create and store memories. Picture frames, toys and more. It's filled with family time, big and small gatherings and it is where you spend time with people that you love. It is a special place in our hearts where we feel safe, happy and loved.
