Beautiful Chaos

My house is a home, where love and laughter go together like bread and butter. At my house there is a lot of noise! What do you expect from having 2 sisters and 4 brothers?! Our motto is, "The More the Merrier!" We love music! It adds to the chaos, but it's fun. We play the cello, violin and piano. I love homeschool because we can get up at 7am, and be done our work by early afternoon. My mom is the teacher, and she has a British accent. Our neighbor has a barn full of animals! In summer we go biking on the nature trails, and I love smelling the freshly cut grass. In the winter we go dog-sledding and build snow tunnels in the fresh snow. We watch the sunrise at breakfast, and in my bedroom I can look out and watch the beautiful sunset. We have a huge playhouse in our yard, with an upstairs loft. It is a triangle shape and even has lights! We love sleeping in it and listening to the frogs in the ditches. My home is a safe place. When we have nightmares or a tummy-ache my parents don't mind being woken up. I remember when we moved to the country, our new house was slowly filling with furniture, but it wasn't truly "home" until we had all moved in. I went to England with my grandparents a couple of years ago. It was amazing but I sometimes felt homesick. When I arrived home and snuggled into bed, Mom gave me a kiss goodnight.
