Home for Me

Home is different for everyone.it can mean love, belonging, warmth, comfort, even food. Here are just a few examples of what home is for me. Home for me is my dad's homemade Pizza. The golden cheese glitters on top. The puffy dough sends warm feelings down my back as its taste seeps into me. Another example of what home means to me is my bed. I feel comfort as my head hits the squishy pillows on my bed. My soft, warm blanket gives me comfort and a warm place to sleep. In addition to that, home for me is my cats, Moon and Ziggy. Their fur glistens in the sunlight. I watch as Ziggy gobbles up her favourite food, seaweed. I like it when they playfight on the couch. Home is different for everyone but that is what home is for me. I’d like to thank Habitat for Humanity for fundraising money to build houses for those who need cheap housing.
