Whenever I Think of Home

Whenever I think of home, I think of a warm fire, blankets, hot cocoa, popcorn and the sound of chatter, as movie night is in full swing. I think of Taco Tuesdays with all my favourite sides and Friday's pizzas and wings. Saturday mornings are filled with pancake heaven and funny shapes much to the delight of my little sister. Whenever I think of home I think about morning calls for “ Get ready for school”, clothes laid out and packed school bags and four-way Nintendo Switch Mario Karts and Just Dance. Of course I can’t forget the lectures of being responsible and kind. I am reminded of these everyday, especially when I say “Hi, I am home”.
