What A Home Means To Me

A house may have four walls, a ceiling and floor, but a home has so much more. A home has things like love, joy and happiness. Cheer, fun, and peace. Things a house might not have. My home gives me a nice welcoming feeling, that lets me know I am in a place where I really belong. A home also has people you love such as your Mom, Dad, sisters, and brothers. There can be dogs and cats, bunnies and birds. There's also lots of memories. A home is a place where you're always treated with kindness and respect. A home makes you feel happy and warm inside. A home is a safe place where you're always protected. A home and a house are two very different things. Everyone in the world deserves a home.
