A Home Is Not A House

A HOME IS NOT A HOUSE!! Natalie MEMORIES A house may have a clean bedroom with shiny beds and chairs but my home has a bedroom where we all had a sleepover and ate yummy snacks. Many houses can have living rooms with brand new tables and couches with no stains but my home has a living room where we all played with toys and cards and watched movies with drinks and popcorn. A house can have a kitchen with stoves that have no burns and a fridge with no stinky smells but my home has a kitchen where me and my family all cooked and baked yummy desserts and meals. A house can have a dining room that may have a brand new table and chair cushions with no rips but my home has a dining room where we all ate together, shared our thoughts and talked about our day. A house can have a basement with not a thing on the floor but my home has a basement where cousins, family and dogs all played with one another. A house may have a front yard with trees that have perfect branches and nicely cut grass but my home has a front yard with a tree that me and my sister loved to climb and play. CELEBRATIONS My home has a dining room where we all get together and celebrate, eat birthday cakes and have feasts but a house can just have a no stained countertops and shiny new chairs. My home has a basement where everyone from my dads whole extended family came to our house to celebrate Christmas on Christmas day but a house might only have a basement with not one thing on the floor and a staircase that has not one dent. My home has a bedroom where everyone left cards and presents for our birthdays, when they landed on school days but a house might just have a bed that is made and books that are organized. My home has a living room where we put the Christmas tree and put the presents under and open them but a house might only have shiny clear windows and a carpet with no dust. My home has a kitchen where we put yummy food on the counter and everyone in our family took whatever they wanted whereas a house might only have a stove with no burns and really clean ovens. TRADITIONS A house can have a living room with no dirt on the ground and tables with no dents but my living is where saehae bog manh-i bad-euseyo on the carpet. My home has a basement where we celebrate the lunar new year but a house might just have a basement that does not have anything on the ground. So altogether a home is not a house because a home is where I feel loved and a house can just have new stuff.
