Home Is A Feeling Not A Place

Home is a feeling not a place I lost my home when I came to Canada It was hard to hold my tears I didn’t want to make my mom sad I learned that you don’t need a full family to be at home My house feels like home now I have a warm place to run to when I need to A restaurant when I’m hungry A hospital when I’m hurt A home when I’m sad I hope no one ever feels cold like a penguin in the North Pole And no one Loses their home ever again
