What Home Means To Me

In a house, there is a building with a roof but in a home there are special moments. In a house, you have walls, doors and windows but in a home you have memories and loved ones and every home needs that. A house can be lonely but a home has a family. A house can be tiring but a home is relaxing. In a house, it can be hard making friends but in a home you will always have the best friends. A house may be boring but in a home you have so much fun. I have fun in my home. I do lots of stuff like hanging out with my family, having game night, playing with my sister, playing hockey with my sister and my best friend. I can also go for a swim in the pool. In a house, you have to make your own food but in a home you have your parents make you food and it is so good. I have a family that cares for me, one sister that is fun, two parents that take care of me and a cat that snuggles me. That's my family. In a home, there are so many emotions like sometimes you can be sad, mad, surprised, scared and the best one is happiness. So every home should be happy. When we have special events like Christmas, Easter and lots of other fun things it brings so much joy to me and that’s what home means to me.
