A Home is a Home

A home is a home, one roof, four walls but what's inside is really beautiful. A home needs to be a home with love and kindness. Sometimes me and my brother fight, but most of the time we’re okay. The fun things we do are movie night, vacations, etc. What’s important you ask? The important thing about home is that it is happy and welcoming. To be truthful, it is a box with things in it, but it is a very special box. The most special things about my home is that it holds my family together, like my home is a big warm hug of kindness. I really like it when we’re on the sofa because it makes me feel warm. Those times also connect our family on the TV. One of the times our home is sparkling is during Ramadan and Eid. We put up beautiful decorations, and celebrate with family and friends. We also bake yummy food like steak, salmon, and broccoli, and other stuff, but it also matters about the people you eat with. Kind, mean, selfish, you can choose, but I’d rather eat dinner with my family. My home keeps me safe from a lot of stuff rain, snow, animals and the sun. My home keeps me warm when it is very cold and my home also keeps me cool when it’s hot out. I have a big cozy bunk bed in my house where I sleep, it keeps me warm. I also read in my bed at night to help me sleep. When I go to the kitchen, my family eats together at the dinner table. We eat a lot of different things, like rice, broccoli, and butter chicken. When we first got our house it was empty and hollow, now it is filled with warmth and kindness. That’s why I love my home.
