What Home Means to Me

Home is not just a place with everything I have. It is with love and happiness. My home is a place where I play card games with my family and other games with my family. My home is a home where I read my books with my family. I also watch movies at home and play on my PlayStation 4 with my siblings. My home is a home where I am safe. I’m safe because my family is here to help me. My home makes me feel free. I fast with my family until sundown when it is Ramadan. When it is Eid we celebrate I get to help make our dinner and then we eat. My home is not a home where I live it is a home where my whole family lives. An apple slice is like a broken heart but a family warm hug can connect that home heart. You have a home but you can get invited to another home. You can spend time with them. You can play with them. You can eat with your family the things you eat and play with. You can do anything you do at home it doesn’t matter what home you are in! The thing that does matter is you have a home. That is what home means to me.
