What Does Home Mean To Me?

The difference between a house and a home is that the home has love, hope, comfort, and joy. A house is a structure with walls, objects, televisions, and other things, and that's the difference between a house and a home. But a house can be made a home if there’s love, joy, comfort, and hope in the house. A home can be anything; it could be a garden, a store or a school. The only thing important about a home is love, joy, comfort, and hope. In my home love feels like a sweet comforting hugs, the delightful smell of bread, the comforting sight of my family, the sweet taste of ice cream, The calming sound of music. The joy in my home is like a deep soft pillow that makes me feel like diving into it, the sweet scent of coffee, the sight of my parents, the sweet savory of my favorite food, and the fantastic sound of laughter that brings me joy. And the hope in my home feels like being optimistic and confident, it smells like the scent of my favorite food, the sight of smiles, the taste of my favorite food, and the sound of cheers. The comfort in my home feels like lying down on my bed, the smell of fresh baked cookies, the sight of me and my family watching a movie, the taste of hot chocolate on a cold day, and the sound of me and my friends laughing together And that is what is in my home but in the center of all that is my family and my friends because they are what made me who I am today. A loving, hopeful, comforting, and compassionate self. How about you, what's in your home?
