What is a Home

So, what is a home? It’s where you don't have to worry about the cost of things. It’s where you can come home to a pet trying to jump on you! A couch to have family movie night and play video games. A bed to dream and get some Z Z Zs. There is a kitchen to cook tasty foods, yum! and of course some healthy food, too. There’s a bookshelf to hold all your favorite novels - I like graphic novels! A bathroom so you smell nice and clean – mmm, lavender! A backyard to play basketball or to swing or to play with a fluffy dog. A car to get to school where you can play with friends and learn. A desk to study for tests and colour – I love to sketch! A closet to keep clothing organized and not dirty. So, what is a home? My home is my favourite safe place.
