A Home Like Mine

There are things that people want, and then there are the things that people need. One thing that people need is a home. What people need more than just a home, is a home that makes them feel loved and cared for. Their own place to feel safe. Their own place to sleep. Their own place to eat dinner. Mainly, their own place to call home. A home may have four walls and a roof, but inside is where the magic is. The place where families grow and bond. The place where a child learns to crawl or talk. The place where memories are made. I consider myself lucky for what I have. I have a great family and an amazing home that always makes me feel welcome and like I belong. My best memories were made in my home. I am very grateful for what I have because I realize that not everyone can have a home like mine, but everyone deserves to feel the way that I feel when I am in my home.
